A: Our meetings occur quarterly, meaning we have one in the Winter, one in the Spring, one in the Summer, and one in the Fall. These meetings typically fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday - we try to accommodate work and personal schedules as best we can. We also typically alternate between half-day and full-day meetings.
A: The location of our meetings vary. We try to accommodate those traveling, so we host the meetings in multiple locations throughout Northeastern MN. Past locations include Duluth, Carlton, and Grand Rapids, among others. Our meetings have occurred at County facilities, Universities, private entities, and more - we are open to whoever is looking to host!
A: The format of our meetings varies depending on the length of the meeting. Our half-day meetings typically consist of 3 presentations, and around-the-room updates to inform the group of each individual’s current projects and receive any feedback/suggestions if needed. Our full-day meetings also vary, but they typically consist of user demonstrations/presentations in the morning, followed by lunch, then a technical session in the afternoon.
