Game Space Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "Nemix – Make Viral Memes" (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our Application.

The Application collects the following types of data to provide and improve the service:
• Photos and videos – Only when you choose to select images or videos from your device to create memes. These are processed temporarily on your device and are not uploaded unless you explicitly share the final meme.
• Files and documents – Generated memes may be saved to your device storage.
• App activity & diagnostics – We collect anonymized usage data (e.g., which features are used, crash reports, performance data) to improve the app.
• Device or other IDs – Advertising ID and/or Android ID are collected by Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and other third-party advertising and analytics partners for the purposes of serving ads, analytics, and app functionality.
2. How the Data Is Used
• Photos, videos, and files: For core app functionality (creating and saving memes).
• App activity & diagnostics: Analytics and crash reporting.
• Device or other IDs: Analytics, advertising/personalised ads, and developer communications.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:
• Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase

All data transmitted to third-party services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
6. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of any data we hold by emailing us at gamespacelabs@gmail.com. You can also stop all data collection instantly by uninstalling the Application.
7. Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "effective date" above.
