本アプリは、Monster Hunter Wilds向けの非公式な装備検索・護石読み取り支援ツールです。ゲームの開発元・販売元が提供または承認する公式アプリではありません。
Neluvime（以下「開発者」）は、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
カメラで撮影した画像とAndroidのPhoto Pickerで利用者が選択した画像は、護石情報を読み取る目的で端末上において処理します。
文字認識には、端末内で動作するバンドル版Google ML Kit日本語文字認識ライブラリを使用します。
本アプリは、OCR処理のために画像を外部サーバーへ送信しません。また、通常のOCR元画像や診断情報を処理後も恒久的に保存しません。
広告機能を導入した場合も、護石読み取り用画像を広告配信のために送信する機能は設けません。
本アプリでは、以下の情報をアプリ専用の端末内領域に保存します。
登録した護石情報
装備検索条件
装備・装飾品等の所持数
検索除外設定
スキルセット
保存した装備構成（マイセット）
その他のアプリ設定
これらのデータを開発者が運営するサーバーへ自動送信することはありません。
データは利用者が編集・削除するか、アプリデータを消去するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで原則として端末内に保持されます。
バックアップファイルの書き出し、および装備結果画像の共有は、利用者がAndroidの文書選択・共有機能を明示的に操作した場合だけ実行します。
書き出したファイルは利用者が選択した保存先に残り、利用者自身で管理します。
Android OSのバックアップや端末移行機能によってデータが保存される場合があります。これらの保存・削除には各サービスの設定や保存方針が適用されます。
広告導入前のバージョンでは、インターネット接続権限を要求せず、アカウント、広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ報告、クラウド同期を実装していません。
文字認識は端末内で処理します。
広告機能を搭載したバージョンでは、Google LLCが提供するGoogle AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を使用します。
Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、広告効果の測定、分析、不正行為の防止などを目的として、以下の情報を自動的に収集・共有する場合があります。
IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定に使用される場合があります）
アプリの起動や操作などの利用情報
アプリおよびSDKの動作・診断情報
広告ID、アプリセットIDなどの端末識別情報
その他、利用状況に応じた端末・アカウント関連の識別情報
これらの情報はGoogleのサービスを通じて処理されます。情報の取り扱いは、端末設定、広告設定、利用地域、同意状況などにより異なります。
Google Mobile Ads SDKによる通信データは、Googleの仕様に従って暗号化されます。
本アプリに保存した護石情報、装備構成、検索条件、OCR用画像を、広告配信のために開発者がGoogleへ送信する機能は設けません。

広告機能を搭載したバージョンでは、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用し、必要な地域のユーザーに対して広告に関する同意の取得やプライバシー設定の管理機能を提供します。
対象地域では、同意、拒否、詳細設定などの選択肢を提供します。
利用者は、アプリ内に表示されるプライバシー設定機能から、必要に応じて広告に関する選択を変更できます。
広告に関する情報の処理は、利用者の選択、適用される法令、Googleの広告配信仕様に従います。
同意しない場合でも、Googleの仕様や適用される法令に基づいて、限定的な広告配信や必要なデータ処理が行われる場合があります。
なお、広告機能を搭載していないバージョンには、これらの広告関連機能は適用されません。
本アプリでは、機能に応じて以下の権限等を使用します。
カメラ：利用者が護石画面を撮影するために使用します。
Photo Picker：利用者が選択した画像にのみアクセスします。
インターネット接続：広告機能を搭載したバージョンで、広告配信や同意管理のために使用します。
必要な権限やアクセスは、アプリの機能およびバージョンによって異なります。
開発者は、アプリの機能を通じて端末内に保存されるユーザーデータを、自ら収集して第三者へ販売または提供することはありません。
ただし、広告機能を搭載したバージョンでは、Google AdMob SDKを通じて、広告配信、分析、不正行為の防止などを目的とした情報の収集・共有が行われます。
また、利用者自身がファイル保存先や共有先として外部サービスを選択した場合、そのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いについては各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリの機能変更、広告SDKの導入・更新、その他のデータ処理の変更に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを改定する場合があります。
変更した場合は、本ページに掲載します。また、必要に応じてGoogle Playのデータセーフティ申告を更新します。

This application is an unofficial equipment-search and talisman-reading utility for Monster Hunter Wilds. It is not an official application provided or endorsed by the game's developer or publisher.
Neluvime ("the Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how user information is handled in the application.
Images captured using the camera or selected through the Android Photo Picker are processed locally on the device for the purpose of reading talisman information.
Text recognition uses the bundled Google ML Kit Japanese text-recognition library, which operates on the device.
The application does not transmit images to external servers for OCR processing. Ordinary OCR source images and diagnostic information are not permanently retained after processing.
Even when advertising features are introduced, the application will not transmit talisman-reading images for advertising purposes.
The application stores the following information in its private local storage:
Registered talisman information
Equipment search conditions
Equipment and decoration inventory counts
Search exclusion settings
Skill sets
Saved equipment builds (My Sets)
Other application settings
This data is not automatically transmitted to servers operated by the Developer.
Data generally remains on the device until the user modifies or deletes it, clears the application's data, or uninstalls the application.
Backup exports and equipment-result image sharing occur only after explicit user action through Android's document selection or sharing interfaces.
Exported files remain at the destination selected by the user and are managed by the user.
Android OS backup or device migration features may also store application data. Such data is subject to the settings and retention policies of the relevant services.
Versions without advertising do not request Internet access and do not implement user accounts, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud synchronization.
Text recognition is performed locally on the device.
Versions that include advertising use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google LLC.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share the following information for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention:
IP addresses, which may be used to estimate approximate location
Application usage and interaction information
Application and SDK performance and diagnostic information
Device identifiers, including advertising IDs and app set IDs
Other device or account-related identifiers, where applicable
This information is processed through Google's services. Data handling may vary depending on device settings, advertising preferences, geographic region, and consent choices.
Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit according to Google's specifications.
The application does not include functionality for the Developer to transmit stored talisman data, equipment builds, search conditions, or OCR images to Google for advertising purposes.

Versions with advertising use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required.
Users in applicable regions are provided with choices such as consent, refusal, and detailed privacy settings.
Where required, users can review and modify their advertising privacy choices through the privacy settings feature available within the application.
Advertising-related data processing depends on user choices, applicable laws, and Google's advertising specifications.
Declining consent does not necessarily prevent all limited advertising or data processing permitted or required under applicable laws and Google's policies.
These advertising-related features do not apply to versions that do not include advertising.
The application uses the following permissions and access mechanisms depending on its features:
Camera: Used when the user photographs a talisman screen.
Android Photo Picker: Provides access only to images selected by the user.
Internet access: Used for advertising delivery and consent management in versions that include advertising.
Required permissions and access may vary depending on the application's features and version.
The Developer does not independently collect, sell, or provide to third parties the user data stored locally through the application's core features.
However, in versions with advertising, the Google AdMob SDK collects and shares certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, as described in Section 4.
If users choose external services for file storage or sharing, the handling of information by those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application features, advertising SDKs, or other data-processing practices change.
Updates will be published on this page. The Google Play Data Safety declaration will also be updated as necessary.
