Tutoring Sessions

NES offers a FREE no-obligation consultation to all interested clients. This provides an evaluation of the student’s strengths and challenges, allowing us to develop the right Personalized Learning Plan to help them succeed. Additionally, NES uses this information as a part of the baseline for progress monitoring.

Pre & Post

NES uses explicit learning objectives and strategies to develop a Personalized Learning Plan. In order to assess learning, we establish a baseline using a pre-assessment to determine knowledge prior to instruction as well as a post-assessment as an indication of what they know after instruction.

Progress Monitoring

NES assess each student's ongoing academic performance to quantify their rate of improvement or responsiveness to instruction. In progress monitoring, attention focuses on the fidelity of implementation and recognition of student growth.

NES develops a plan for students based on a combination of diagnostic information. Each plan details the students needs based on assessments, documentation, feedback and observation. The plan outlines specific, measurable, objectives tailored to the learner.
