Muselin Magazine was my passion project, founded during my fashion design studies. As editor-in-chief, I led the magazine through its first two issues, overseeing concept development, team coordination, photography, and design. The first issue, The Dry Cleaners Edition, was fully directed, photographed, and produced by me, with a curated stylist team and story-driven editorial vision. The second issue expanded into a more collaborative format, where I guided student-led teams, integrated designer submissions, introduced fashion illustration features, and once again edited and designed the full magazine. Across both issues, I established Muselin as a platform that highlights emerging talent while serving as an educational space for students to experience real editorial production.

The debut issue was directed and produced entirely by me, built around a story of the cyclical life of garments through a dry cleaner’s lens. I developed the concept, built a styling closet, organized stylist applications, and curated final looks to align with the vision. I scouted locations, cast models, directed the shoots, photographed all content, and designed the full magazine layout. This issue highlights my ability to lead an editorial from concept through execution, both creatively and logistically.
The second issue expanded into a more collaborative format, featuring designer submissions, student-led team photoshoots, and fashion illustration. My role shifted into guiding and mentoring: I created lesson plans, oversaw production quality, contributed photography, and directed select shoots. I also completed all digital editing and design of the magazine. This issue demonstrates my ability to lead creative teams, curate diverse content, and deliver a polished publication while fostering collaboration.
