Nellie Garcia

I am a third-year math PhD student at the University of Minnesota working with Gregory Handy. I study computational neuroscience, and have completed a minor in financial math. I was accepted to UMN with the Diversity of Views and Experience (DOVE) Fellowship.

I grew up in Rialto, CA and graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.S. in Mathematics.
