Our story starts with a butcher, a salesman, and an engineer with a combined experience of 45 years in the meat industry. We were born in 2018 wholesaling meat for restaurants and local markets. Within a few months of business we noticed two things. First, how to cater to our clients custom requirements. Second, the huge difference between the wholesaling and the retail prices; which sometimes can reach over 100%.
We think this is unfair so we decided to open up our shop to cater to not only our local businesses but our neighbors; selling Grade A quality meat at a better value for all.
