2. Accessibility:
This workshop aims to capture the experience of various people involved in the ancient Olympic games: athletes, trainers, craftspeople, musicians, vendors, spectators, etc. We want everyone to feel comfortable and successful in this workshop so, if there are tasks that you would prefer to watch rather than take part in physically, we will respect those choices. Do not feel pressured to try something that makes you uncomfortable.

Application Deadline:
All applications must be submitted by Thursday, March 5, 2026, by 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time
(a firm deadline of the National Endowment for the Humanities).
Notification Date:
On Friday, April 3, 2026, the institute directors will let all applicants know their acceptance status.
Decision Date:
By Friday, April 17, 2024, selected participants need to notify the directors of their decision to accept or decline.
