The ITA and the ICSD have reached a TENTATIVE AGREEMENT!!
Our CAT is hard at work finalizing language with the district in hopes of publishing a final draft for ratification vote by December 1st!
The Ithaca Teachers Association engaged in open bargaining sessions with the Ithaca City School District.
The Ithaca Teachers Association engaged in open bargaining sessions with the Ithaca City School District.
This means that live bargaining sessions were open for public observation via Zoom streams and for review on You Tube.
By doing this, we have fundamentally transformed the way we bargain, and pulled back the curtain on how collective bargaining can be done!
