Negativity Tracker was built around a simple belief:
Your thoughts belong to you.
This app is designed to help you become more aware of negative thinking patterns through private self-reflection while keeping your personal information private.
Version 1.0 of Negativity Tracker does not require an account.
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your journal entries
Your personal reflections
Your contacts
Your photos
Your location
Everything you record in Negativity Tracker is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
Your journal entries are not uploaded to our servers.
We cannot read, access, recover, or share your journal because it never leaves your device.
The core features of Negativity Tracker work without an internet connection.
Your journal does not rely on cloud storage.
We do not sell, rent, or share your journal entries or personal reflections with anyone.
Version 1.0 of Negativity Tracker contains no advertising.
If advertising or third-party services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features become available.
You are always in control of your information.
You can:
Delete individual journal entries.
Delete all journal history using the Delete All History option within the app.
Deleting the app from your device may also remove all locally stored journal data.
Negativity Tracker is intended for users who wish to develop greater self-awareness and healthier thinking habits. If the app is used by someone under 13, we recommend that it be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be published before those changes take effect.
