How are prayer times calculated? Nefs uses your device's location to provide the most accurate prayer timings. You can customize calculation methods (e.g., Diyanet, MWL, ISNA) directly in the settings to match your local mosque.
How does the Spiritual Tracker work? The tracker is designed to help you discipline your "Nefs." You can log daily habits such as prayers, reading Quran, or fasting. It provides a visual overview of your spiritual consistency without distracting notifications.
Does the app work offline? Yes. Once your local prayer times are downloaded for the month, the core features of Nefs (Prayer Times, Tasbih, and Habit Tracking) work perfectly without an internet connection.
Is my spiritual data private? Your privacy is our priority. Your prayer logs and spiritual progress are stored locally on your device or securely synced via your private account. We never sell your data to third parties.
App Issues: If you experience any crashes or display bugs (especially with prayer time widgets), please ensure you are running the latest version of Nefs from the App Store.
Subscriptions: All Premium billing is handled through the Apple App Store. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Settings.
Data Deletion: We respect your right to privacy. You can permanently delete your account and all associated spiritual data via the "Delete Account" option in the app settings.
