Neetish Sarda is the Founder and Managing Director of Smartworks, the largest managed campus operator*, with over 10 million sq. ft. across 54 centres in 15 cities (as on June 30, 2025). He launched Smartworks with a clear vision: to transform India’s traditional office spaces into agile, tech-enabled campuses designed for productivity, experience, and scale.

Under his leadership, Smartworks has grown from a single centre to a nationwide platform serving mid-to-large enterprises. The company also has a presence in Singapore with 2 centres. Known for his instinctive business acumen and operational clarity, Neetish led Smartworks’ strategic evolution—from coworking to managed offices, and now to a campus platform. This bold pivot laid the foundation for a profitable, scalable, and future-ready business.

In 2025, Smartworks went public—a landmark moment in a journey defined by foresight, resilience, and long-term thinking. Having founded the company in his 20s, Neetish continues to lead from the front, building not just office spaces, but what the modern Indian workplace should truly feel like.
