Terms of Use for Neetbook - Book library

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neetbook - Book library (the "App") provided by Neetbook Software, Inc. ("Neetbook," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Neetbook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

a. The App allows you to access and to keep track a collection of books. ("Content"). You acknowledge that Neetbook does not claim ownership of the Content, and any rights, title, or interest in the Content remain with the respective owners.

b. You may use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the Content without obtaining permission from the respective owners.

a. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

b. You shall not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.

c. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the functionality, security, or integrity of the App or any related systems or networks.

a. The App and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Imaginova or its licensors. You acknowledge that these rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

b. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the App or its content. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the App.

a. The App may integrate with third-party services or provide links to third-party websites or resources. Imaginova does not endorse or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

b. Your use of third-party services or websites is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms and policies.

Imaginova respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are effective until terminated. Imaginova may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. IMAGINOVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGINOVA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such a case, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Imaginova regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Imaginova.
