At NEET Campus, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and services, specifically regarding our AI exam generation features and subscription models.
1. Information We Collect
• Personal Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, unique User ID (UID), and profile information.
• Transaction Data: When you subscribe to a plan, we collect details about the transaction, including order IDs, amount, and payment status. We do NOT store your credit card or bank details; these are handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with the app, such as generated exam papers, question bank interactions, and performance analytics.
2. Third-Party AI Integration
Our app utilizes advanced Generative AI to create customized NEET exam papers. When you request a new exam, specific criteria (such as selected subjects, chapter names, and question counts) are processed securely through this AI API. No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent to the AI during this process.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
NEET Campus offers premium features, including advanced exam paper generation, via subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions grant access to specific 'Available Credits' and 'Available Questions' for the specified duration.
• All fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specified in our refund policy.
• Failure to renew a subscription will result in the loss of access to premium features.
4. Use of Your Information
We use your data to:
• Provide and manage your account and subscription limits.
• Generate personalized exam papers.
• Notify you about important updates and promotional offers via push notifications.
• Improve app functionality and user experience.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use a dual-storage system. Your ongoing exam attempts are saved locally on your device. Finalized exam papers, scorecards, and user authentication are synced securely with Google Firebase cloud servers. While we use industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party services including Razorpay for payment processing, Google Firebase for analytics and backend database services, and AI services for exam generation. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
7. Permissions
The app may request access to your device's storage for uploading profile pictures and notifications for sending you important updates. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings.
8. User Rights and Data Deletion
You own your data. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can delete specific generated exams directly from your device, which will also remove them permanently from our cloud servers. For full account deletion, please contact our support team.
