Currently working as a Research Scientist @ Salesken.ai in the field of conversational AI. My role involves advancing the capabilities and understanding of AI models for natural language processing and analyzing dyad human interactions. 

Here are some of my key responsibilities as a research scientist in this field: Research and Development, design and train AI models specifically tailored for conversational purposes, work on techniques such as intent detection, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, dialogue context modeling, and natural language generation to enable more accurate and context-aware conversations, Dialogue Management, Evaluation and Metrics for conversational AI, Collaboration and Publication of novel design solutions. 

I obtained my Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. My thesis was on "Gaze Tracking and its Utilization for Readers’ Behavioral Analysis in Wikipedia".  It focused on analyzing various aspects of reading pattern of Wikipedia users through eye gaze tracking using a commodity web camera.
