Presentation-Format Information

Oral Presentations will be 12 minutes (and 3 minutes for Q/A). 

Data Blitzes: 5-minutes (and 2 minutes for Q/A).

Posters should be landscape orientation and should be approximately 30"(H) by 40"(W). Posters that deviate from these dimensions by approximately 6" should be easy for us to accommodate. At least one author of the poster should be in attendance at the poster during the poster session .

Keynote addresses should be approximately 45 minutes with 15 minutes of question-and-answer. There is some flexibility on these parameters.
