How to Help 💌
We can not thank you enough for all the love & support
We can not thank you enough for all the love & support
We are so grateful for the love and care that surrounds us. Many of you have asked how you can help, and we want to share some ways that will truly bless our family. Our greatest need is prayer. We also know there will be practical ways to help as treatment begins and recovery continues. We will update this page as needed.

We are so grateful for the many people asking how to help financially. Because a few recent store gift cards unfortunately had $0 balances due to fraud, we’re now asking that any financial help go through these secure links instead:
I’m not good at sharing needs, but I’m learning that community is part of how God carries us through. Every prayer, message, or act of kindness means more than we can ever express. Thank you for walking with us.

These are some specific ways you can lift us up in prayer.
❤️Support for Chris
Healing: Pray for Chris to recover quickly from the flu and regain strength so chemo can begin again.
Relief: Pray for his fever to break, for rest from exhaustion, and for comfort from pain.
Endurance: Pray for strength and peace for Chris, Beth, and Kate as they walk through this season together.
Provision: Pray for God’s continued provision in medical needs, financial strain, and daily care.
Faith and Hope: Pray that we keep our eyes on Jesus and feel His nearness in every moment.
• If you have Chris' cell number, feel free to send him a text with scripture or encouragement
❤️Support for Beth
As caregiver, I will be balancing work, homeschooling, and caring for Chris. Your support for me will also be a support for him. Prayers for strength, wisdom, and rest are a gift. Encouraging notes or short check-ins mean more than you know and help me keep going.
• If you have Beth's number, you are welcome to send her a text
❤️Support for Kate
Kate is walking through this journey right alongside us while also keeping up with high school. Please pray for her to feel peace and stability in the middle of change. Notes of encouragement or small gestures that remind her she is loved and supported will mean a lot.
• If you have Kate's number, you are welcome to send her a text.
• If you have the time, inviting her to join you for a coffee, treat, outing, or study break would be a welcome change of scenery and distraction from everything.
❤️Support for Connor
Connor is in his senior year at Harvey Mudd, juggling his classes and research for his senior thesis. He tends to stay focused on school while he is away, and we want to honor that. The best way to support him is through prayer, asking God to give him peace of mind, strength for his studies, and a sense of connection to our family, even from a distance. Simple encouragements now and then are welcome, but we ask that you keep them light and occasional so he does not feel weighed down.
• We ask you to continue to pray for his studies, friendships, and peace of mind as he navigates school and the worry of what is happening at home.
To protect our privacy, if you would like our address, just send us an email at neelyessentials@gmail.com, and we’ll send it your way.
We also want you to know that if you have our cell numbers, please do not hesitate to reach out. You are not bothering us or being a burden by texting. Every message reminds us that we are loved, supported, and prayed for, and that means more than we can say.
Staying connected means a lot to us right now.
With love and hope in Him!
Beth, Chris, Kate and Connor
