Neelam Rawat Makhloga was born in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, and raised in New Delhi, India. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Jamia Hamdard University, followed by a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Finance from Amity University. With a strong background in HR, Neelam worked with several multinational companies across India.

In 2023, she got married and relocated to Beverly Hills, California. Due to her visa status, she initially contributed her time as a volunteer.
