I'm a YOGA MOM, mother of two kids. Yoga has been in my life from more than 7 years and it has finely carved me to become what I am today.
Don't think of Yoga as a collection of extreme postures clubbed with some forced breathing patterns. YOGA means 'union' and it is a deep and intricately designed technique than unites you with the universal consciousness.
Many a time we tend to overlook the fact that yoga is not just asanas. Pranayama & Dhyan are an inextricable part of it. Our life energies are totally dependent on one thing which is BREATH, then how can we even assume that not paying attention to it and staying ignorant of it most of the times is ok.
Yoga is not something that can be read, it can only be experienced!

She taught us to guide your own breath...When to control and when to release your breath. My insomnia is cured with her breathing techniques.
Most favourite breathing exercise is box breathing.

I started with my pre-natal yoga with Neelam ji in my 4th month of pregnancy. She is really knowledgeable, prompt, flexible and deals with a lot of love and care. It was not just a yoga class for me, it was a whole package with counseling and meditation focusing on mind as well body. Her meditation combined with yoga nidra helped me immensely with all my fears about delivery and Pranayam helped me with breathing during labour. She catered to all of my issues on a day to day basis, be it swelling or back ache. She also had a week on week plan chalked out as per the foetus growth. She was my go to person for every little issue related to pregnancy, I used to look forward to her class every day. She was the reason I was so calm all throughout that too in the middle of the pandemic. All thanks to her, I was blessed with a baby boy through normal delivery and a short labour. I highly highly recommend her pre-natal classes.

Eternally grateful for the breathing sessions you so candidly delivered without charge when I was recovering from Covid.
