1. Agreement By accessing or using the "Neelam Mock Test" mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Services Neelam Mock Test is an independent educational platform providing mock tests for ITI students. We are not affiliated with the NCVT, DGT, or any government body. All content is provided for educational practice purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property All content, including source code, database structures, and mock test materials, is the property of Neelam Mock Test. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without permission.

4. User Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including attempting to scrape or copy exam questions.

5. Payments & Refunds Payments are processed via Razorpay. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds are subject to the Google Play Store’s refund policy.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability The app is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of content. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashik, India.

Account Deletion Policy

At Neelam Mock Test, we believe in giving our users full control over their personal information. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Neelam Mock Test app on your device.
Navigate to the Home screen.
Locate and tap on your display name in top left corner. then click on "Delete Account" button.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account

Data Removal: Once you confirm your request, your account, personal profile, and all saved test progress will be permanently and immediately removed from our servers.
Recovery: Please note that account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover your test history, profile, or any progress associated with that account.
Data Retention: We do not retain any of your personal identification data after the deletion process is complete.
