Problem Statement: According to Ipek Ozcan, a lash technician owner of IPS Salon in London, England, has stated that over 5,000 of her 10,000 total clients assisted have reported negative effects after using eyelash curlers such as the ripping and or cutting of lashes in July of 2021. Many of these issues are related to the fact that many users use the incorrect eyelash curler for their particular eye shape.
