🔶Terms Of Service: Art Commission Edition🔶

• I am allowed to refuse a commission for ANY reason, even if not specified. 

• If you do not contact me within 5-10 days after ordering a commission (After sending a WIP, asking a question etc.), I will assume you are not interested and may cancel the commission 

if its not specified why you aren't responding. Refunds are case by/case and heavily depend on how much of the Commission is complete.

• You understand that I may use your commissioned artwork for my Public Portfolio, Unless YOU specify you do not wish for it to be, or posted online in my public Gallery's.

I have multiple art accounts that I post to, please specify at some point during or just after the commission is complete if you wish for it to be posted, &/or on my portfolio.

• You MAY NOT use my work for AI Training/Generation, NFT's, Generative Scanning, etc.

You will be Permanently blacklisted and Legal Action will be taken place. My artwork and anything I create is protected under the Canadian Copyright Act of R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42 

• I do not do refunds for completed Commissions.

If you falsify a refund on a completed commission, I will take Legal Action.

• Basic commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, There is a fee for Business use.

• You may repost commissioned artwork YOU PAID FOR, with credit.

I personally do not mind reposting art you paid for on your own gallery and/or site to be shared, As long as credit is given.

• I can cancel a Commission at anytime, for any reason.

• When asking for a 18+ / NSFW Commission and I suspect you are underage:

If I suspect you to be underage, I will request proof you are over 18. (A picture of a censored Government ID with ONLY THE BIRTHDATE VISABLE with a piece of paper with your Username written on it in the same picture.) If you cannot provide as requested, I will cancel and refund you immediately and add you to the Blacklist for lying of your age.

• When you request 'Artistic Freedom' that gives me full range to make whatever I want.

Once requested, you cannot change your mind later. However I can/will still ensure what I did decide looks good to you and requested changes will be followed.

• During the event I am injured and/or cannot work on Commissions for a time..

If during a time I cannot continue for quite a while (About a month), you may request for a refund. Refunds are case by/case and heavily depend on how much a Commission is complete.

🔶Additional Information🔶

• How long Commissions take to complete heavily vary

Due to my Carpal Tunnel and Torn Tendon in my shoulder (Both right arm), Commissions can take a long while as I do have the occasional flare up. I am very communicative online so I will let everyone know if I do get a flare up.

• Please keep in mind I have Protanopia Colour-blindness (Red/Green)

Colours may be slightly off due to my Colour-blindness. If you want exact colours please provide me with a Colour Pallet to use if I'm having issues to meet your request.

• Please have a idea for a Commission before asking for a slot (Unless Artistic Freedom)

Due to past experience, There is a limit on how many 'Large' changes I will make to the sketch once you say it's all good (3 for simple, 2 for Large/complex). After that I will start charging each change as if it was a separate Sketch commission. 

[Large changes include having to ENTIRELY change the pose, and/or re-sketching the entire thing.]

• I take payment upfront, payment plans are available for Commissions over $250

I normally take commissions entirely upfront, but I can understand if you cannot pay for the whole thing at once. How it works, is depending on how much the Commission total is, you either pay half, or quartered (Depends on personal need and/or how much the Commission actually is.) I will only work to a point until I am paid the other part/half next. I will only 100% complete the Commission when 100% of payment has been made.
