Najla Dsouki is the founder and director of Medischool, a multidisciplinary medical and educational center established in Beirut in 2009. Medischool was created with the mission of bridging the gap between health and education, offering integrated medical, psychological, and developmental support to children and families.
With a background in the medical field and education with more than 18 years of experience in child development and mental health, Najla leads a network of physicians, psychologists, special educators, and therapists who work collaboratively to promote early detection, intervention, and holistic care.
Under her leadership, Medischool has become a recognized reference for school-based interventions, teacher training, and community response programs, addressing both the emotional and academic well-being of children across Lebanon.
Her work focuses on empowering teachers and caregivers to understand the link between emotional health and learning, and to create classrooms where safety, empathy, and growth go hand in hand.
