Ms. Mary Gurunlian

Founder of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Hub in Beirut, Mary is an educational expert, motivational speaker, and advocate for mental health. She leads pioneering initiatives that promote emotional intelligence and well-being through workshops, trainings, and community activities.

Her publications are dedicated to empowering educators, Mary has designed specialized teacher-training programs, a full K–12 SEL curriculum, a Shaping Minds for the Future book for teachers, a resource kit, a Friends and Feelings board game on Emotional Intelligence, and a children’s storybook I am in Control. Her work equips teachers and students alike with tools for resilience, empathy, and lifelong success.
