Joyce Sakr studied psychology at Université Saint-Joseph and has been working at Beirut Baptist School for over 10 years in the counseling department. She is currently the Secondary and Middle School Counselor, dedicated to supporting students’ mental health, personal growth, and social-emotional development. Joyce works closely with adolescents, seeing students one-to-one for personalized guidance and entering their classes for interactive sessions that address academic stress, social challenges, and personal struggles. In addition to counseling, she delivers workshops and talks on social-emotional learning, resilience, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and mental health topics for students, parents, and teachers. Her compassionate and empathetic approach has made her a trusted and respected figure within the school community.
