Samir Costantine has over 41 years of experience in training, human resources development, career guidance, educational quality management, image consultancy, strategy development, journalism, education, and public relations.
From 1991 to 2001 he contributed to the phenomenal growth and development of the Beirut University College (BUC) into the leading Lebanese American University (LAU), as director of Admissions then dean of students responsible for admissions, guidance, training, recruitment, testing, and financial aid. He has also acted concurrently as director of university relations reporting to the President of LAU.
More recently, i.e. in 2002, he has founded WAZNAT a management and education consultancy offering a full-spectrum of consulting services in strategy development; market needs assessment, image building, and career guidance, to more than 195 leading business and educational institutions, and NGO’s in Lebanon.
In the last 22 years, he published eight books, two of them are first of a kind books, one a career guidance handbook targeted at graduating high school students, and another comprising job descriptions and job specification for positions in educational institutions.
