Stephanie Jureidini is a passionate educator with a deep commitment to student-centered education, school improvement, and teacher growth. She holds a BA in Elementary Education (math and science focus), and an MA in Educational Administration and Policy Studies from AUB. She earned a TD in Early Childhood Education from Haigazian University and a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA) from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Stephanie has been recognized for her excellence in research, receiving the Dr. Fuad Said Haddad Award for Best Master’s Thesis in Education at AUB and the Dr. Carolyn Kelley Dissertation Award for outstanding doctoral research in ELPA at UW–Madison. She began her career as a KG3 homeroom teacher and later as an elementary science teacher. Since 2020, she has co-led the SAIL for Change Community-Based Education Initiative with Dr. Rima Karami, reflecting her belief in education as a force for empowerment and positive change. Today, Stephanie serves as the Academic Director at Greater Beirut Evangelical School in Ashrafieh, where she leads with purpose, empathy, and a strong belief in the transformative power of education.
