Alongside academic teaching, professional work includes extensive teacher training workshops delivered in Lebanon, Armenia, and other countries. These have been organized with both the public and private education sectors, as well as through the Center for Continuing Education at Haigazian University. Additional contributions include consultancy and public lectures in educational and psychosocial fields.
Teaching responsibilities also extend to the Seminary of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia and the Armenian Studies Center, bringing expertise into theological and cultural-educational contexts.
Service roles include chairing and membership in educational committees related to the Armenian Prelacy of Lebanon and the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia, in addition to membership in the Ministry of Public Health’s National Pediatric Oncology Committee in Lebanon.
Research focuses on the determinants of national identity formation within educational institutions and community structures, with particular attention to the processes through which identity is developed and sustained in these contexts.
