Juliana Saridar Eid is an Educational Management and Counselling Specialist with more than 25 years of frontline and leadership experience across schools, universities, and specialized learning centres. She serves as Head of Counselling, Child Protection & Safeguarding Officer at Brummana High School. Juliana is an Instructor at Haigazian University’s Centre for Continuous Education, where she trains educators and postgraduates in special education, positive discipline, inclusive teaching strategies and restorative practices.
A PhD candidate in Education at Université Saint-Joseph, her research explores educational counselling, didactics, and innovative learning that places the child at the centre of change. Juliana has built teams, designed policies, and shaped inclusive pathways for learners with ADHD, dyslexia, autism spectrum disorders, and complex social-emotional needs. She is the co-founder of SKILD, a centre supporting students with individual learning differences, and has led community programmes in prevention, resilience, and psychological first aid. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she equips parents, teachers, and leaders to collaborate for sustainable impact in and beyond the classroom.
Her message is simple and practical: when schools align safeguarding, counselling, and instruction, students flourish, families heal, and educators rediscover purpose.
