Dr. Dania Ghaddar

Dr. Dania Ghaddar, a project manager in educational engineering, brings her specialized skills in pedagogical consulting, curriculum design, educational system evaluation, and the professional development and training of French language teachers. Her role as a project manager ensures the smooth execution of these tasks, providing a sense of security about her organizational skills.

As the national pedagogical advisor at the Institut Français of Lebanon, Dania Ghaddar plays a pivotal role in coordinating certification systems for French as a foreign language (DELF/DALF, TCF, DFP) and leading the continuous training of the Institute's trainers. Her responsibilities also extend to training and supporting trainers at partner institutions, where she focuses on enhancing their pedagogical development with a commitment to quality.

With a PhD in Language Sciences – FLE (French as a Foreign Language) from the University of Grenoble, Dania Ghaddar brings a wealth of experience from key positions within the Lebanese educational system. Her roles at the Centre for Research and Pedagogical Development (CRDP), where she led the pedagogical mediation unit and coordinated national training projects, and as a lecturer at the Faculty of Education at the Lebanese University, have significantly contributed to her understanding of the local educational landscape.

A researcher in French language teaching, particularly in oral and written production, she has enhanced her professional expertise with over 4000 hours of continuous training in France and Lebanon, specifically in the teaching and assessment of these skills.

As a trainer of trainers, tutor on the PROFLE+ platform, and educational resource designer, Dania Ghaddar's expertise is not only in training but also in imparting the necessary skills to others. Her accreditation to train DELF/DALF examiners and markers further solidifies her position as a leader in her field, providing reassurance about her expertise.
