Middle leaders—curriculum coordinators, department heads, and team leaders—serve as the essential bridge between strategic vision and classroom practice. Positioned at the heart of the school, they shape curriculum coherence, nurture teacher well-being, and model growth mindset in times of change. When equipped with conflict resolution strategies and SEL-informed practices, middle leaders can transform challenges into opportunities for collaboration and renewal. This workshop emphasizes how middle leaders can build trust, foster shared ownership of curriculum, and lead with emotional intelligence. Through reflective practices, role play, and practical tools, participants will explore how leadership rooted in care and connection allows middle leaders to bridge gaps, resolve tensions, and inspire teams to grow together—ensuring stronger alignment between mission, curriculum, and daily teaching practice.
