Positive discipline is a form of classroom management that seeks to empower students while respecting the boundaries of their environment. Positive Discipline, as a classroom management approach, helps educators establish their authority, as well as encourage students to realize they have control over their own behavior. Proactive Classroom Management (PCM) is the practice of managing behavior by using positive strategies that prevent disruptive behavior before it occurs. - Classroom Management: (PCM) is all about how educators along with students organize their classroom in ways to increase efficiency in teaching and in learning, and to prevent the occurrence of behavioral challenges and/or disruption.
