In my workshop on student well-being, I will focus on understanding the key factors that impact students' mental and emotional health, such as academic pressure, social dynamics, and home environment. I will discuss how teachers can identify signs of distress and provide support through resilience-building, positive classroom environments, and fostering open communication. I will Emphasize the importance of collaboration with parents and creating a school-wide well-being program. This will not only improve students’ well-being but also enhance teacher-student relationships and reduce classroom stress, benefiting both teachers and students alike.
