Overcharge does not require you to create an account, and does not collect any direct personal data such as your real name, email address, or phone number. Names and photos used in the in-app "Choose Player" profiles are stored locally on your device only, and are never sent to any external server.

Data Collected Through Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads (banner and interstitial ads). Through this service, Google may automatically collect certain data in order to serve relevant ads and measure their performance, such as:

• Your device's Advertising ID

• General device information (device type, OS, app version)

• Approximate location data (based on IP address)

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can also manage your ad personalization preferences directly from your device settings.

Gameplay & Stats Data

The app stores match statistics (such as results and match history) locally on your device only, to display them to you in the "Stats" screen. This data is never synced or sent to any external server, and we as developers have no access to it.

Sharing Data With Third Parties

We do not sell or share any personal data with third parties, except for the data automatically collected by Google AdMob as described above, solely for the purpose of displaying ads within the app.

Children's Privacy

The app is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data through the app, please contact us so we can remove it.

Data Security

Since most of the app's data is stored locally on your device only, responsibility for protecting this data primarily depends on your device's own security settings.
