1. Information We Access or Collect

File names, file paths, file types, file sizes, modification dates, cached files, APK files, log files, large files, photos, screenshots, and compressed image output files. This information is used to scan, display, compress, manage, or delete files selected by the user.
Photos and screenshots:
When you use photo compression or screenshot cleanup features, the App may access image files on your device to generate thumbnails, preview images, compress images, or delete selected screenshots.
Installed app information:
When you use App Manager or RAM-related features, the App may access information about launcher apps installed on your device, such as app name, package name, app icon, install time, update time, size-related information where available, and usage-related information if you grant Android Usage Access permission.
Device and app performance information:
The App may process device storage status, RAM status, battery level, charging status, app version, device model, Android version, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data to provide core features and improve stability.
Advertising and analytics information:
The App may use third-party advertising, attribution, or analytics SDKs. These partners may collect or process device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, ad impressions, clicks, installs, and diagnostics, subject to their own privacy policies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide cleaning, scanning, compression, file management, app management, RAM, battery, and notification features.
Show file lists, thumbnails, storage usage, scan results, and cleanup results.
Compress selected photos and save compressed output.
Delete only files selected or confirmed by the user.
Open Android system pages for permissions, app details, or uninstall actions.
Display ads and measure ad performance.
Analyze app performance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, and improve user experience.
Comply with legal, security, and platform policy requirements.
3. Permissions Used by the App
The App may request the following permissions depending on your Android version and feature usage:
Storage or all files access permission:
Used to scan, manage, compress, and delete files on your device.
Usage access permission:
Used only when needed to estimate app usage or identify app-related status for App Manager or RAM-related features.
Notification permission:
Used to send or display app-related notices if enabled by the user.
Internet access:
Used to load privacy policy pages, ads, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, or remote configuration.
Package uninstall request permission:
Used to help users open the Android uninstall flow for selected apps.
Kill background processes permission:
Used only for supported RAM-related cleanup actions allowed by Android.
You can grant or revoke permissions at any time in Android system settings. Some features may not work properly without the required permission.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or allow processing of limited information with:
Advertising partners, to show and measure ads.
Analytics, attribution, diagnostics, or crash reporting providers, to understand app performance and improve stability.
Service providers, only as needed to operate app functionality.
Legal authorities, if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Third-party SDKs may process data according to their own privacy policies. You should review the privacy policies of the advertising, analytics, and attribution providers used in the App.
5. Local Processing and File Deletion
Most file scanning and cleanup features are performed locally on your device. The App does not upload your personal files, photos, screenshots, or compressed images to our servers for cleaning or compression unless explicitly stated in a feature.
Files are deleted only after user action or confirmation. Deleted files may not be recoverable.
6. Data Retention
Files, scan results, and thumbnails are generally processed locally and may be refreshed or cleared by the App. Third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or diagnostics providers may retain data according to their own retention policies. We retain support emails or user communications only as long as necessary to respond and maintain records.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by the App. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
NeatAura Cleaner is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
Revoke app permissions in Android system settings.
Reset or limit your advertising ID in device settings where available.
Stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable privacy laws.
10. International Data Transfers
Information processed by third-party SDKs or service providers may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
