NearPlay is developed and operated by Fly Technology & Innovation S.R.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how NearPlay handles information when you use the application.
NearPlay does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
We do not operate our own servers for storing user profiles or gameplay information.
NearPlay allows you to choose a player name to identify yourself inside the app.
This name is stored locally on your device.
When using Nearby multiplayer, your selected player name may be transmitted directly to nearby devices participating in the same game session so that other players can identify you.
We do not store this information on our servers.
NearPlay uses Apple's local connectivity technologies, including Multipeer Connectivity, to discover and communicate with nearby devices.
During a Nearby game session, the app may exchange information required for gameplay, such as:
player names;
game invitations;
game state;
player moves;
connection status.
This communication occurs between participating devices and is not stored on servers operated by us.
Depending on your device and iOS version, NearPlay may request permissions required by Apple for local network or nearby-device communication.
NearPlay may offer optional in-app purchases that unlock games or other digital content.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.
We do not receive or store your payment card details, Apple Account password, or other payment credentials.
NearPlay may receive information from Apple indicating whether a particular in-app purchase has been successfully completed and whether the user is entitled to access purchased content. This information is used solely to provide and restore purchased content.

NearPlay does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics services.
We do not use NearPlay to track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
If this changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Information exchanged during Nearby multiplayer sessions is transmitted only as necessary for communication between participating devices.
Apple may independently process information when you download the app, make an in-app purchase, or use Apple services. Such processing is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Information such as your selected player name and certain app preferences may be stored locally on your device.
You can remove locally stored NearPlay information by deleting the application from your device.
Purchase records associated with your Apple Account are managed by Apple and may remain available so that eligible purchases can be restored.
NearPlay does not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer-operated servers.
The app does not require users to submit personal contact information or create an account.
Parents or guardians should supervise children's use of online and device connectivity features where appropriate.
NearPlay is designed to minimize the collection of personal information and to keep application data primarily on the user's device.
However, no electronic system or method of communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when NearPlay changes or when legal or platform requirements change.
Any updated version will be published on this page together with a revised effective date.
