Purpose
The fan-less dust collector is designed to significantly improve tunnel air quality and noise environment while minimizing energy consumption.
High voltage emitter generates ionic wind via corona discharge, enabling fine dust collection without a fan.
Exterior includes noise-absorbing material, reducing train cabin noise by more than 3 dB.
Over 98% efficiency at inlet/outlet; 40% reduction of ultrafine dust (PM2.5) inside tunnel.
Consumes about 20 Wh per module (~5% of comparable products), allowing 24-hour continuous operation at low cost.
