Agility Journey Game

Welcome to the Agility Journey Game. This is a game that is collaborative, experimental, and needs ongoing commitment from everyone. It engages everyone through diverse challenges to help realize an organization's direction. While we evolved this game for Digital and Agile Transformations, the underlying thinking applies to all kinds of change.

The objective of this game is to simulate the perpetual organizational journey guided by Modern Agile principles while employing Kata Thinking. This enables participants to develop processes that they can use as daily practices in their organization.

Transformation is a socially intensive journey that can be approached with the following thinking.

• People in an organization need simple values to guide their actions.

• An organization can achieve its goals when everyone is committed to nourish its values through everyday work.

• Experimentation is the way organizations do any kind of work, for example, software development and delivery, introducing new practices, restructuring, and others.

• Manager's role, at any level, is redefined as coach on experimentation for his reports.
