College of the Holy Cross
Saturday, September 27, 2025
NE-COMMIT 's annual conference will be on Saturday, September 27, 2025. This year's theme is:
AI in the Inquiry Classroom: using technology equitably for a better classroom experience
Two important goals of the NE-COMMIT are broadening the use of inquiry in mathematics in the New England area and creating a regional community of practitioners. We will focus on these two goals in particular at this event.
We welcome participants of any background using inquiry-based mathematics education as a pedagogical approach. We will continue our discussion about the role of inquiry in inclusive learning, an important connection that is ripe for further exploration and research.
The conference will take place at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA on September 27. We are putting together a program to actively involve and engage all participants. There is an option to spend the night before and/or after the conference.
