Policies
Payments
Payments can be made via Venmo, paypal, or zelle. Payment is due after conclusion of care.
Cancellation
Please provide written notice of cancellation. A cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled care will incur a cancellation fee of $65.
Entering/Exiting
Caregiver will notify the pet owner upon arrival or departure of the home. Caregiver will require keys or a door code to enter. Caregiver is responsible for returning the keys upon end of care.
House Sitting/Care for House
Caregiver will clean up any dishes used, throw out all trash, and leave spaces better than they were found.
All plants will be cared for.
Caregiver will move any packages inside the house.
Communication
Caregiver will be available for communication via phone or email. Caregiver will use phone number or email to send pictures of the pet during their care.
Scheduling
A meet and greet at least 24 hours prior to care is required.
Emergency:
At least one emergency contact is required for the caregiver.
In case of emergencies, clients must provide contact info for the pet’s veterinarian.
If the provided veterinarian is unavailable in an emergency, the caregiver will take the pet to the closest emergency facility.
Safety
Caregiver reserves the right to run a background check on potential or existing clients.
