Transcripts

Transcripts are available to request. Please ensure when you are adding schools to your Common Application, you are going into Naviance and requesting transcripts for each school. The request can be found in the section Colleges I'm Applying To. Students will need to select INITIAL, MID & FINAL transcripts to be sent to schools.  

Things to Note: School Counselors CANNOT send your Letters of Recommendations or Transcripts if your Naviance and Common Application accounts are not linked. If you are not linked, you need to schedule an appointment with Mrs. Hanson.

Appointments for College and Career Planning - for Seniors Only

To schedule an individual or family appointment with Mrs. Hanson, email her at chanson@notredame.org with your availability. After school appointments are available. You may also sign up on the sheet posted outside of the College and Career Counseling office starting Monday, 10/2/23

Brag Sheet for Seniors

The brag sheet is a mandatory step in the College Application process. It needs to be filled out in full and returned to Guidance before your Counselor is able to write your recommendation or send out your transcripts. It is posted in the Google Classroom and available in the Guidance Office. 

Naviance and Common App

In order to send your college transcript and letters of recommendation to colleges your Naviance and Common App programs need to be linked and the FERPA waiver needs to be signed. There are a handful of seniors who have not completed this task.  



Make an appointment with Mrs. Hanson during your free period. Remember there are also after school sign ups available on the door of the College and Career Counseling Office. 

Senior Google Classroom

Join the Google Classroom for Seniors. The join code is gvbufzs. The Guidance Department will post about scholarships, standardized testing and college application deadlines.
