The Founder and Partner of the firm, CA SUBHASH KUMAR has been the visionary on whose vision the firm has evolved with the readiness to step into the new age of rendering professional services to the highest standards. He leads from the front, playing a key role in the strategic direction of the organisation. Subhash exemplifies the past, present and future of NDSKA. Dynamic and energetic, his youthful outlook seamlessly combined with around 15 years of accounting and business experience. His blend of technical expertise and practical experience facilitates the provision of quality strategies and solutions to his client’s issues.

As well as his management responsibilities, he continues to take personal charge for a number of the firm's long-standing clients. He has a special interest in the development of new, entrepreneurial businesses and has assisted with the launch of many new ventures that have gone on to become substantial companies.

He assists clients with business and strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, internal controls and increasing operating efficiency. He has been responsible for numerous assignments in the Govt. Audit, GST Special Audit, Circulation Verification.

Currently he heads up the Management Consultancy activities of the firm. Mr KUMAR is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2007 and has completed his ISA, FAFP, Concurrent audit, Peerreview certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
