Admission Requirements

Documentary Requirements:

1. Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate 

2. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

3. 1x1 ID Picture with White Background (3 pcs)

4. Long Brown Envelope

5. Placement Test Result

6. Learner's Progress Report Card (for incoming Kinder 2)

Age Requirements:

• Incoming Kinder 1 pupil must be four (4) years old on or before August 31, 2026.

• Incoming Kinder 2 pupil must be five (5) years old on or before August 31, 2026.

Enrollment Requirements for New Students/ Transferees:
