You may not:
Use the app for illegal activities
Attempt to access, hack, or disrupt the platform or its servers
Abuse AI features or services
Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
Impersonate another individual or entity
All rights, title, and interest in the NCV platform, including its design, software, branding, and features, are the exclusive property of NCV.
You retain full ownership of any resume or content you create using the platform.
AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.
Employment outcomes are not guaranteed.
NCV utilizes Anthropic Claude AI models, and results may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
Users are responsible for reviewing and approving all recommendations before use.
NCV shall not be liable for:
Job application acceptance or rejection
Responses or actions of employers
Temporary service interruptions
Data loss resulting from account deletion or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels.
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
NCV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.

Anthropic Claude AI – Used to analyze resumes and provide AI-powered recommendations. Data is processed temporarily and is not stored by Anthropic.
