The coaches are selected by the All-Star Game Selection Committee. These selected coaches have long served the North Carolina volleyball community and show unmatched dedication to the sport in our state. 

Only a few coaches can be selected each year from the hundreds of amazing individuals who work tirelessly to improve the lives of our student-athletes.
