Registration details

It is mandatory to register at least one author after acceptance of the paper and present it at the ICTFE 2025. Even if authors are encouraged to present the paper physically, there is also a provision for online presentation.

Early bird registration: If registered before 26/10/2025

Normal registration: The registration deadline for normal registration is 03/11/2025

Details for the Response to the Reviewers

1. Download the sample format from the following link

2. Reply to all comments of each reviewers separately. Subsequently incorporate the changes in the manuscript.

3. Do not highlight changes in the manuscript. Your manuscript should be ready to print format.

Details for the Copyright

1. Download the copyright form from the following link

2. Take a printout of the document. Write the necessary information and mark your signature.

3. Scan the image / take the photograph and convert the same document into a PDF format.

4. Rename the document as: Submission number_Copyright.pdf

5. Upload when it will asked during registration.

Details for the video preparation

1. Prepare the video of preferably 10 minutes length approx (Not more then 15 minutes).

2. While preparing the video, please use the headphone for clear audio recording (Avoid use of microphone available in CPU, as far as possible). Also keep fan, mobile, TV, radio and other electrical and electronic devices in switch off mode while recording.

3. In recording, there is no need to display face of the presenter .
