North Country Science & Technology Entry Program (NCSTEP) is a grant-funded program based out of SUNY Potsdam. The goal of this program is to introduce  middle school and high school students to STEM opportunities and encourage those students to pursue STEM fields in higher education or the licensed professions. There are various STEP programs around the state, with NCSTEP being the local program chapter. We  serve students at JW Leary Junior High, Madrid-Waddington, Massena Central High School, Parishville-Hopkinton, Canton Central, and Salmon River school districts and SLL-BOCES.
