• Biographies:

Dr. Chen-Chung Liu is the chair professor in of Institute of Network Learning Technology, National Central University. His interests include computer-support collaborative learning, and mobile and ubiquitous learning environment, and socio-technological environment. Dr. Liu received Outstanding Scholar Award from Ministry of Science and Technology in 2011 and 2017 respectively. Dr. Liu were invited to give keynote speeches in serval well-known quality conference in the field of computer and education, such as IEEE ICALT (India, 2018), ICCE (China, 2015) and WMUTE (Beijing, 2008). Dr. Liu is also the editor of Research and Practice in Technology Enhanced Learning and Asian-Pacific Educational Researcher.
