There is no charge for any background check. NCPS assumes responsibility for all background check fees. Please complete the steps below to insure timely processing of your application.

Step 1
Read and Complete the application found on the Volunteer Portal to join the NCPS Volunteer/Chaperone Team.
Step 2
You will be contacted via email from BIB (the contracted background check service) once your application has been approved or denied.
Step 3
Please know this process, depending on volume of applicants, may take up to 5 business days.
