A registration and a €10 participation fee are mandatory for all participants.

Poster spots are limited. Submit through the registration form by Sunday, September 14, 2025, to ensure enough space allocation.

Authors are responsible for printing their posters, and bringing them to the venue. Materials to pin up the posters will be made available onsite.
- The poster format we expect is A0 or A1 in portrait orientation
Authors will also be expected to give a 1-minute pitch of their poster.
Authors are also expected to upload a slide containing:
- The title of your poster
- Names of all researchers
- 2-3 lines explaining the key concept of their poster
- optionally a figure / image
